An Integrated Vocation
As members of a Religious community,
the Companion's primary task is to seek God first, above all things and above all other commitments. This commitment to love the Lord their God with all their heart and all their soul and all their mind is acted out in the daily life of each Companion by faithful performance of the Divine Offices and by reaching out to the disenfranchised, broken and ill. The Companion seeks to share in the brokenness and humanity of those around them and, by that sharing and its consequent compassion, to bring the healing of Christ's love to those in need.
